I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, patient and very caring. We were meeted with concern and support. We were kept informed of what to expect and everyone we dealt with seemed interested and competent. I was impressed with the calm professionalism of everyone we encountered. The hygiene and cleanliness could not be criticised and all this despite being short staffed!! I would certainly be confident of being cared for should I have to return.
